Payment Methods
All online orders are processed by Amazon.com. They accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, Diner's Club, and JCB. Please note that the charge that you will receive on your credit card statement will be from Amazon.com.
For phone, mail-in, and fax orders, we accept personal checks and money orders. For overseas orders, you must mail us an international money order paid in US dollars. Before mailing us a check or money order, we recommend that you contact us first to make sure that you have included the proper amount for shipping or sales tax (if applicable).
Sales Tax
Sales tax is required for orders shipped to Ohio addresses. The rate is 7.75%. This tax is included in the price of each item.
